1. Overview

This website is operated by CloudWarmth, a sole proprietorship based in Florida, United States ("CloudWarmth," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these Terms.

3. Products and use

  • CloudWarmth slippers are heated comfort slippers powered by a standard 5V USB port. Use them only as described in the product information and any included instructions.
  • Our products are designed for comfort and warmth. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
  • Do not wear the slippers while sleeping. Unplug them when not in use, and don't machine-wash, soak or submerge them.
  • If you have diabetes, neuropathy, poor circulation or reduced feeling in your feet, or if you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before using any heated product. Stop using the slippers if you feel discomfort or notice skin irritation.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Sizes and measurements are approximate. Check the size details on the product page before ordering.

4. Pricing, offers and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, bundle offers or promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed.
  • Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and our 1-year warranty are covered by our Return and refund policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Errors

We try to keep everything on our site accurate, but occasionally there may be errors in descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

The CloudWarmth name, logo, text, images and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to resell our products as your own brand without permission.

10. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. Disclaimer

Except for the guarantee and warranty described in our Return and refund policy, our products and site are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CloudWarmth won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase won't exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold CloudWarmth harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our products or site, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
